The following describes the terms on which MyAladdinz offers access to our services.
1.1 Welcome to MyAladdinz, a consumer rewards program. By using the MyAladdinz App including any related websites, services and provided tools to interact with us (the “Platform”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2 You must be at least 21 years and above and an owner of a smartphone to be eligible to sign up for a MyAladdinz account.
2. Proprietary Rights and Licence
2.1 All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the App together with the underlying software code are owned directly by MyAladdinz.
2.2 The name ‘MyAladdinz’ is fully trademarked. Existing merchants or users applying to be merchants are not allowed to use the name MyAladdinz or anything similar in form or sound for their business registration, corporations, usernames and/or in other legal or official affairs. Accounts identified with such cases will be blocked until the user changes its name to something more appropriate. Action will also be taken against merchants who use MyAladdinz name or something similar as an official business name. MyAladdinz only allows limited and permissible usage of the name on signboards, displays, window decals and stickers. Merchants are to check with MyAladdinz team before doing anything official.
2.3 MyAladdinz reserves the right to alter, revise, or revoke any part of this Rewards Program to its discretion, without prior notice.
3. Your Account
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MyAladdinz Account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 MyAladdinz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel redemptions at its sole discretion.
3.3 MyAladdinz reserves the right to charge and modify any charges for its Services or any feature or functionality of its Services at any time in its sole discretion.
3.4 Benefits, features and functions available to an account holder may vary for different countries and regions. No warranty or representation is given that a particular feature or function or the same type and extent of features and functions will be available.
3.5 While creating a new account, the mobile number submitted must be new and unused previously. Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts with similar mobile numbers (whether it is minus one digit or not but acceptable and accessible in the respective country; also applies to country codes) Each MyAladdinz account is tied to only ONE mobile number.
3.6 Merchants that want to revert from their merchant status and back to a regular user may do according to these steps;
- User wants to reverse merchant status
- Writes to HelpDesk
- Inform us the ID number & reason of reversal
- CS investigates, submit the request for management’s approval
- After getting approval, user have to complete the form – Request to Revert Merchant Status & pay the 100 USDT fee
- Sends the form back via HelpDesk, along with the payment notification
No back-dating of rewards will be practised and neither will management offer any compensation for the decision to withdraw from the merchant status or account. Once the withdrawal of the merchant status is complete, the merchant account will be changed to an ordinary user account and the blue merchant QR code will no longer be valid. The date of the account creation as well as the number of times the account can compound will not be reset.
3.7 Users may re-apply for Merchant status again using the standard process, but it has to be using a different mobile number even if it is from the same company. The account will then be placed in the same organizational hierarchy. Each re-application will be subjected to a fee of 100 USDT. All account owners or merchants are to assume responsibility to apply for merchant status using the correct ID.
3.8 Merchants that wish to discontinue their account altogether (without reverting back to a regular user) may do so by filling and submitting in the appropriate application form. No fee will be charged for this process. All rewards collected in the merchant account will be forfeited. No back-dating of rewards will be practised and neither will management offer any compensation for the decision to discontinue. Once the application for discontinuation has been approved, the account will be deactivated and blocked in the system. The old mobile number that was used cannot be used again to create another account or to reapply after discontinuation.
3.9 You must submit unedited photos and images of documents when requested. This includes verification of identity (KYC) and applications for merchant status. Any uploaded images must be genuine and original. Do not use edited images. Do not use images from other sources. We will reject these images and will not allow you to submit them again. We will also deduct one star from the account’s rating.
3.10 Only one user can apply for merchant status for each business registration. If we receive more than one application we will only approve the first application. We will also deduct one star from the account submitting the duplicate application.
3.11 The account of the person that helped you to sign up will be suspended without appeal being granted if the new sign-up is found to have a fraudulent merchant account.
3.12 MyAladdinz reserves the right to require a person of authority to vouch for your account if there are any concerns regarding the granting of merchant status or should there be any suspicious activity connected to a merchant account. MyAladdinz reserves the right to suspend or terminate and forfeit any gems or points earned if an account is found to be in violation of MyAladdinz policies.
3.13 If the change of mobile number involves changing the account to another country, the merchant status of that account will be nullified. The user will need to resubmit merchant application documents to re-apply to be a merchant in that new country.
3.14 The user is solely liable for Unauthorized Transactions if he has:
i) voluntarily discloses his account Password, Pin, OTP to another person, or
ii) left his device that has the app installed unattended, in places visible and accessible to others, or
iii) voluntarily allowed another person to use and have access to his app, or
iv) uses the public access points or accessing websites that may lead to data breach, or
v) voluntarily turning off the 2FA feature and transacting without the security of 2FA in the App
3.15 Non-Compete: As a user of MyAladdinz, you are not allowed to directly or indirectly participate in any business or component of another business that is similar to MyAladdinz, operated by you or an Employer. This includes participating in your own business or as a co-owner, director, officer, consultant, independent contractor, employee, agent or affiliate of the business. In particular, you are not allowed to: (a) solicit or attempt to solicit any business or trade from MyAladdinz actual or prospective customers or clients (b) employ or attempt to employ any employee of MyAladdinz (c) divert or attempt to divert business away from MyAladdinz, (d) use, duplicate or create any variation of the company’s intellectual property and business model, or (e) encourage any independent contractor or consultant to end a relationship with MyAladdinz. I acknowledge and agree that if I breach or threaten to breach any of the terms of this non-compete, MyAladdinz will sustain irreparable harm and will be entitled to pursue a claim of damages in addition to obtaining an injunction to stop any breach or threatened breach of this agreement.
4. Products and Service Redemptions
4.1 Copyrights – You may not violate third party rights, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secrets, proprietary right or rights of publicity and privacy or any other Intellectual Property Rights. A merchant must be an authorized, licensed, or otherwise approved reseller and distributor of any goods that are manufactured or trademarked by another party. Product names and descriptions may not include other brand names, e.g. for comparisons. Merchants may not interfere with another merchant’s product or service listings.
4.2 Legality – It is the merchant’s responsibility to ensure that their product or service complies with all applicable laws. No liability is assumed by MyAladdinz. Merchants may not violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising. The merchant will not import unauthorized goods to the country of redemption that were intended for distribution elsewhere, are embargoed, or are from prohibited countries. Merchants may not make fraudulent offers of items or involve the exchange or attempted exchange of counterfeit or stolen items or items which are prohibited by applicable law, or otherwise promote other illegal activities. You may not make medical claims about an item.
4.3 Redemption Value – Merchants will abide by MyAladdinz redemption guidelines and will not mark-up redemptions more than allowable margins. The number of gems required for redemption shall include the entire number of gems without any added charges to platform users such as sales tax, value-added tax, tariffs, etc. Merchants shall not charge consumers such amounts additionally and separately. Merchant must not create product or services with an inaccurate redemption value in order to keep them from being redeemed. The Merchant may not use MyAladdinz to direct shoppers to another selling venue or link to purchase the same items as listed at MyAladdinz. This includes posting links/URLs or providing information sufficient to locate the other online venue(s).
4.4 Manipulation – You may not circumvent or manipulate MyAladdinz policies including but not limited to fee structure, the billing process, account restrictions / limits, gem redemption or fees owed to MyAladdinz; Any users transferring points / gems or engaging in other practices other than legitimate redemptions in order to get rebates or using other methods to undermine the gem / reward points system in the app except as explicitly allowed in the policies. If MyAladdinz receives complaints that a merchant is undermining the value of gems by undercutting and trading gems at more than the standard rates, his account will be frozen immediate for investigation. Users of MyAladdinz are not allowed to create multiple accounts to acquire more points or Gems using mobile numbers of similar digits (minus one digit or not) but is accessible or acceptable in their respective country. Each MyAladdinz account is tied to only ONE mobile number. This also applies to country codes in mobile numbers. Should the team of MyAladdinz discover occurrences of such cases, it is within our right to deactivate or terminate the account at our own discretion. Any Gems or points accumulated up to this point within these unapproved accounts will be forfeited.
4.5 Accurate and Allowable Content – You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post. You confirm that use of the content you supply will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify the Company for all claims resulting from content you supply. A merchant’s contact details, product descriptions and photos must be true and accurate. Merchants may not use false, misleading, inaccurate, inappropriate, defamatory, libelous (including personal information), political, obscene, threatening, profane, racist language, or any form of spam in content, images or videos. All product and service listings must comply with applicable laws. Merchants may not impersonate any person or entity. The Company reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content. Unless we indicate otherwise, you are deemed to have granted MyAladdinz a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
4.6 Data Collection – You may not harvest or collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
4.7 Disputes – If you have a dispute with one or more users of the platform, you release MyAladdinz from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
4.8 Delivery Cancellation / Delays – Merchants must notify customers if there are extenuating circumstances such that it will not be able to deliver its products or services or if there will be a delay of delivery from the designated time frame.
4.9 Price – Merchants offering their products and services will need to indicate their prices clearly. This is for the benefit of easy reference for customers. Prices indicated are final will not be subjected to haggling. MyAladdinz will not be held responsible for misinformation regarding price listed.
4.10 Points and Gems – Reward points and subsequently their conversion to gems are granted by the company for transactions with participating merchants. Reward points and gems are not legal tender and thus have no cash value. They only hold value within the rewards program for the purpose of redemptions. Gems function in a similar manner to a reward voucher. No contract is formed with the company and the company has no obligation to provide cash back for Gems.
5.1 Without limiting other remedies, MyAladdinz reserves the right to
(a) limit, suspend, or terminate accounts
(b) take technical and legal steps to prevent access to our platform and its content
(c) delay or remove content
(d) Forfeit gems / Reward Points
(e) Place limits on account access / privileges
(f) File Criminal charges / claim for damages
5.2 Merchants shall indemnify MyAladdinz against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages, and losses (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation, and all interest, penalties, and legal and other professional costs and expenses) suffered or incurred by MyAladdinz in connection with any claim made against MyAladdinz for actual or alleged infringement of a third Party’s intellectual property rights arising out of or in connection with the merchants listings and providing of products or service. This clause shall survive termination of the Contract.
6.1 The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that the rules, policies, procedures and practices may be added or modified by the Company from time to time and upon notification in the platform shall form part of this Agreement, and shall be read together with this Agreement. Continued use of the platform upon notification of changes will imply acceptance of the changes.
6.2 These Terms shall be written and executed in, and all other communications under or in connection with these Terms shall be in the English language. Any translation into any other language shall not be an official version thereof, and in the event of any conflict in interpretation between the English version and such translation, the English version will supersede the translated versions.
7. Star Rating Rules and Penalties
5 stars – full account access
4 stars or less – Banned from creating Sell Requests in P2P trading
3 stars or less – Daily rewards amount reduced by 50% (eg: if there is 10 gems to receive in daily rewards, you will only receive 5)
2 stars or less – Daily rewards suspended. No Lamp will appear.
1 star – Cannot transfer and receive gems
0 stars – Account will be suspended
